FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION
The registration fee for the conference is 1 450 CZK including VAT at the applicable rate.
The registration fee for the social evening is 500 CZK including VAT at the applicable rate.
Employees of AKESO Medical Holding pay 50% of the registration fee.
The fee must be paid by bank transfer to the following account number: 7632131/0100 Variable symbol: 31102025, in the "message to the recipient" please indicate the name and surname
the name of the participant. Payment must be made no later than 20 October 2025.
If you request a tax invoice to be issued to the address given in the application form, please add
the name of the company and billing information in the note (if necessary, please contact the financial
accounting at: uctarna@nember.cz).
Refreshments will be provided for participants. Limited parking is available in the parking lot below the hospital.
