The registration fee is 400 CZK including VAT at the current rate.
The registration fee for the professional conference includes participation in lectures, presentations
presentation of medical treatments obtained by the hospital, presentation of professional material, space for questioning
and answers, refreshments.

Variable symbol: 26102017, please include the name of the participant in the "message to the recipient". Payment must be made by 30 September 2017 at the latest .
We apologize, due to the high demand and therefore the capacity of the lecture hall, the possibility to register for this event has already been closed.
If you are requesting a tax invoice to be issued to the address on the registration form, please add your company name and billing details in the note (if necessary, please contact the Financial Accounting Office at: uctarna@nember.cz).
Please register for the conference as soon as possible. Please note that the capacity of the hall is limited, once full, applications will no longer be accepted.
The educational event is organized in accordance with the Statutory Regulation No. 16 of the CLC and is evaluated by the credit points of the CLC and the POUZP.
