The educational event is organized in accordance with the Statutory Regulation No. 16 and is evaluated by the credit points of the ČLK.
Lunch and refreshments provided for participants.

INFORMATION ON FEE PAYMENT
The registration fee is 600 CZK including VAT at the current rate. For members of SRFM, UNIFY and students the registration fee is 500 CZK. The registration fee for the professional conference includes participation in expert lectures, presentation of treatments obtained by the hospital, handing over of expert material, space for questions and answers, refreshments.

name of the participant. Payment must be made no later than 30 September 2019.
