Ing. Sotirios Zavalianis
Owner of AKESO holding a.s.
Sotirios Zavalianis, 100% owner of AKESO holding a.s., was born in Greece and came to the former Czechoslovakia in 1984 to study at the University of Economics. When he entered the healthcare industry 20 years ago, he stuck to his lifelong ideal that he should try to make the world at least a little better in his lifetime. Over time, he found a field in healthcare where things can not only be truly improved, but where we can provide care for the most precious thing we have as humans, our health. Sotirios Zavalianis' dream is to raise the level of health services so that they are an example not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe. Today, AKESO Holding is one of the leading healthcare providers in the Czech Republic.
"We can treat the body quite well, but the soul is worse. The construction of the Center for Mental Rehabilitation Beroun will enable us to offer psychiatric and psychological care to people who are struggling with mental problems, which are rapidly increasing."
