Welcome to the reservation portal of the collection points located at the Hospital Hořovice and the Hospital Beroun.

• To make an appointment for a COVID-19 test, please select the type of test and the collection point.
• Once your booking is complete, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you with the date and time of the test.
• On the selected date, please arrive at the selected collection point, which can be found in the parking lot in front of the hospital.
