In order to easily verify vaccinations, the Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic, on the instructions of the Ministry of Health, has created a citizen's vaccination portal where every citizen can verify their recorded vaccinations.

At the moment, the portal is mainly used to verify the recorded vaccination against the COVID-19 disease, where it is also possible to export or view the certificate of vaccination - covid-19-ockovaci-portal_potvrzeni.pdf after proper user verification.
