Preventive indications (update as of 05/05/2022)
Due to the lifting of the pandemic alert status, the entitlement to one free preventive PCR test per month will cease from 5 May 2022.
You may still be able to have a diagnostic PCR test if your physician evaluates your medical condition and issues a referral, or you can be tested as a self-pay patient.

Diagnostic indications
Persons who have been issued a claim form based on a doctor's indication in the ISIN system are eligible for diagnostic RT-PCR, covered by public health insurance.
ORDER
We have set up a booking portal for the COVID-19 test, and an appointment is required for collection.

You can come to the test:
MONDAY - SUNDAY between 8:00 - 16:30 (lunch break 12:00 - 12:30)
RESULTS
The results of the PCR test will be delivered to you by SMS to the number you provide within 48 hours. If you do not receive the SMS within 48 hours, please contact covid@nemocnice-horovice.cz. A certificate of test result can be generated at https://ocko.uzis.cz/
SELECTION POINT
The collection point is located at the top of the parking lot directly below the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. The parking lot is available for 1 hour free of charge.
