Nurse Eliška Pousková, M.A., M.A., DiS., worked in various departments but eventually settled in psychiatry. It was there that she found a deeper human dimension.

“As a psychiatrist, a nurse treats patients mainly through conversation. That’s not to say we don’t perform standard procedures, but it’s primarily about the relationship,” she explains.
She discusses the work of a psychiatric nurse, systemic changes, and everyday challenges in the latest episode of the podcast *Mudrování s Marií*. You can listen to it here .
