Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun received a subsidy for the project Development of acute psychiatric care

The aim is to increase the availability of acute psychiatric care, improve the clarity of the system and strengthen the capacity of health providers to deliver this care

The project will also contribute to ensuring adequate financial evaluation of acute psychiatric care. The project is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund plus and the Operational Programme Employment plus.

The Center for Mental Rehabilitation (CDR) is opening a new diagnostic and educational program for patients with autism spectrum disorders or suspected autism spectrum disorders. During the twelve-day stay, these patients can learn about their diagnosis and its specifics, learn how to better work with it, and share experiences with other patients with similar diagnoses. The programme is also supervised by Prof. Ján Praško Pavlov, M.D., CSc., one of the leaders of Czech psychiatry.
